1. Install & Setup Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC)

WMDC is program from Microsoft for connecting your PDA to your Windows 7 or Vista Computer.

NOTE: If you are trouble-shooting WMDC issue, and need to RE-install WMDC, please UN-install it first by following the tutorial below.
