Changing your current service plan, whether an upgrade, downgrade or from monthly to yearly, is as simple as creating a new subscription for your current account.

  1. Click here to create a new subscription for the desired plan using your current user ID. Due to PayPal security protocols, we cannot change your subscription plan.
  2. Once you have created a new subscription, we will cancel your old subscription within two business days. To ensure successful cancellation, please subscribe using the same user ID.
  3. If you are currently subscribed to the Pro plan and have downloaded the database, we cannot process a Pro refund if you switch to the Lite plan. If there is any overlapping time between your old and new subscriptions, please email support@asellertool.com with the subject line “Change Service Plan,” including your user IDs, old plan, and the new plan. This will notify us to review your subscription and issue a pro refund when applied.
