Low or No Audio in Scoutly

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot low or no audio output

1. Make sure Menu -> Settings -> “Disable Sound” is unchecked.

2. Android Users: Press the volume up button and make sure that “media volume” is adjusted properly

3. iPhone Users: Adjust the Ringer Volume in Settings -> Sounds or with the volume control buttons on your phone. Also, check the Mute Button) is off on your iPhone.

4. After you check those steps, then go to Menu -> Settings -> Audio. You change the audio clip on some of the items to see if you can hear the sound or not.
