Remote Desktop Support

If you have issues with our desktop software like PC Downloader, Mac downloader, FBAListing, or other software, it is best to allow us to remotely access your desktop to troubleshoot.

Please follow the steps below and see this video to show you how to run and install the required software. We use Firefox.

1. Install the TeamView 8 client software on your computer.
   1. Click here for Windows computer.
   2. Click here for Mac computer.
2. Find where you downloaded the file, then click and run the TeamView software.
3. Provide your ID and password to us, so we can remotely access to your computer.
