Move to Another PDA

If you current PDA is defective and you want to use another PDA, please follow the instructions below:

1. If the PDA does not have our software on it, you need to Install our software on your new PDA. The best way to do that is to clone your PDA with our clone software if your PDA is a Dell Axim X51 or X51V.
2. Enter user ID and password into the new PDA.
3. Setup all the SD cards you are using with your new PDA.
4. Perform a fresh download to the SD card that is already set up with your new PDA.
5. Insert SD card into the new PDA and test scan.

!If you just downloaded the database to your old PDA or performed a transfer within the previous 6 months (except you bought the PDA from us), you either have to wait 7 days or be charged a $20 fee to continue. See here for our policy on transferring accounts between devices.
