How Listing Works

Step 1: Print out the Command Barcodes from PDA Listing Command Barcodes and the Special Comment Barcode sheet generated from the Listing Tool program. This will allow you to scan them to set their condition, fulfillment channel, and description of the listed item.

Step 2: Export your Comment file from the Listing Tool to the SD card, then place the SD card into your PDA. Start Asellertool and tap menu, then listing (Figure 21 at the Listing Screen). The PDA software will use the new comment file.

Step 3: Scan the ‘Start Listing’ command barcode or select ‘Start Listing’ from the menu (Figure 25 at the Listing Menu) to start listing.

Step 4: Scan your first item, then scan the FBA and condition command barcodes to set the fulfillment channel and condition for this item.

Step 5: Scan comment barcodes to apply customized descriptions for the item.

Step 6: Repeat step 4 and 5 to list rest of the items

Step 7: Scan the ‘End Listing’ command barcode or select ‘End Listing’ from the menu (Figure 25 at the Listing Menu) to end listing.

Step 8: Tap Menu and Close, then remove the SD card from the PDA and insert it into the computer. The Listing Tool will read the SD card and list the items to Amazon. Please check the listing tool tutorial for more information. http://www.asellertool.com/support/ListingTool.htm
