If your PDA will not turn on try doing a Soft Reset, most of the time this will bring the PDA back to life.

If that does not work, charge your PDA for at least 6 hours and try to turn on again

If your device is still unresponsive contact us......

Grab the PDA with both hands and twist it slightly, like wringing out a wet towel, and then try again.

If your device is still unresponsive, try a Soft Reset and then try again.

• If you're using Windows XP, you will need to download and install Microsoft ActiveSync.
• If you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7, you will need to download and install Windows Mobile Device Center.
